Our Story

Founded by Gina Senz, Perfect Balance has been part of the Sequim community for over fourteen years, growing into a studio shaped by experience, thoughtful instruction, and a genuine connection with its clients. Since moving into its current space, Gina has carefully expanded the studio’s collection of Pilates apparatus and fitness equipment, creating opportunities for a wider variety of exercises and teaching approaches. Each addition has helped make the studio more versatile, allowing instructors to adapt sessions to different abilities, goals, and stages of life.

Today, Perfect Balance brings together experienced instructors, a welcoming community, and a shared belief that movement should be both challenging and accessible. Whether working one-on-one or alongside others, clients receive personal attention and instruction that evolves with their needs. Many have been coming for years, building relationships with their instructors and discovering how consistent, thoughtful movement can make a lasting difference in everyday life.

Your Options

Private Sessions

One-on-one Pilates shaped around your body, your goals, and the way you move best.

Partner Sessions

Share a personalized Pilates session with a friend, partner, or family member while still getting individual attention.

Group Sessions

Small-group Pilates with thoughtful instruction, plenty of guidance, and room for each person to work at their own level.

Other Equipment

The larger apparatus may catch your eye first, but some of the most useful work in the studio happens with the smaller things. We keep foam rollers, BOSU balls, yoga balls, Magic Circles, headrests, blocks, boxes, weights, resistance bands, and a growing assortment of other tools close at hand. They help us change the angle of an exercise, offer support where it is needed, add resistance where it is useful, or give someone a clearer way into a movement. We keep enough of many of them to bring into group classes, so those options are available beyond private sessions too.
